Ever heard of Quinoa (KEEN-wah)? It's a high-protein seed packed with essential amino acids, fiber, magnesium and iron. Or so they say. Mom and I tried it in this salad today: http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/001493.html. Lemon, red onion, cilantro, garlic, tahini...ahhhh. You can drool at the pics below.
