So, I had never heard of Irish Soda Bread until this St. Patrick's Day and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! Everyone was telling me (before I ate it) how bland and gross it is and I actually liked it. I think my friend who made it is a cook cook in general, so maybe she made a few improvements :)
